Craft:  Meticulously handwoven by women artisans of Nagaland using locally extracted Banana fibres. Banana fibre is extracted from parts of the banana tree and the peels – the parts that usually goes into waste as only the fruit is used. The fibres in their natural state are then woven by hand in an interesting braided pattern. No chemicals used, making it 100% eco-friendly and non-toxic.

- The placemats and coasters are robust and will withstand condensation however for heavy water-based spills, use a tissue or absorbent cloth as soon as possible and allow them to dry fully.

- To clean small stains, wipe off with wet cloth. Do not wash or scratch as this may spread the stain and loosen the fibres.

- Once you’ve tackled the stain, let it dry. If this does not work, try a second time with a mild soap-dampened cloth.

- Store in a clean, dry place away from dust, excessive light, or moisture and enjoy!

All our products are curated from craft-led small businesses so they are ready to be shipped to you within 24-48hrs unless specified otherwise. Once ordered, this piece can take anywhere up to 3-4 days to reach to you.

We ship globally, however for international orders, delivery time will vary. For nearby countries is 3 business days and 4-5 business days for all the others.
