Made with a soft and breathable organic cotton, the top features a stunning Hand block-printed Kalamkari print made with Vegetable dyes that tells a story rooted in the local flora and fauna of South India. We love the beautiful fusion of this traditional yet contemporary style that's left for you to interpret, much like your life experiences.

Craft: This piece is Hand-dyed & Hand block-printed with Organic Vegetable Dyes that are prepared from pomegranate peels, bits of iron and jaggery, madder roots, myrobalan flower and more. This process of Hand-printed Kalamkari is native to the Pedana district of Andhra Pradesh and is made in collaboration with a small business. No two fabric swatches look alike and each meter of fabric roughly takes 21-26 days to complete.

Please Note: Since the products here are hand block-printed meticulously with natural dyes at play, the print and the colors may posses a slight difference. However, we have made sure that there wouldn’t be a significant difference as seen on the website. The variation in dyeing and minor imperfections are a prized characteristic of handcrafted products.

- Hand wash with cold water with mild detergent.
- Wash separately to avoid staining in case of colour bleeding.
- Steam or hot iron press can be used on the reverse side.
- Dry in shade. Do not dry in direct sunlight to avoid colour fading.
- Do not dry clean or machine wash.
