We ship domestically in India via Shiprocket. Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you prefer urgent shipping, please get in touch with us on support@masala-chai.com at the time of placing the order.
Soon! Since all our pieces are curated from various different small businesses, they are ready to be shipped to you right away. Delivery time may vary from 3-4 days depending upon the location, distance and our logistics partners. But we will not be liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities due to weather issues but we will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Yes we ship worldwide. International Shipping rates will be calculated on the website at the time of checkout.
All International Orders will be checked out through RazorPay Payments Gateway using International Credit/Debit Cards.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing goods into a country are the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. The customer will need to pay these charges upon the arrival of the goods in their country.
Delivery Time for nearby countries is 4-5 Business Days and 7-10 for all the other countries. You can also opt for Express Shipping to reduce the shipping time at the time of checkout.

Orders and Returns

Once the order is shipped from our end, you will receive an email with all the tracking details.
Please allow us to deliver your orders within 4-5 Business Days but if by any chance you haven't received your order within that time frame, kindly drop us a message on on WhatsApp or email at support@masala-chai.com and we will help you further!
To safeguard our artisans efforts we have only have a Return or Exchange policy if you receive a product that is inaccurate, has a legitimate quality flaw, damaged, or doesn't fit properly (provided the products are unused, unworn and intact with all the tags & labels).
We would be happy to initiate an exchange for you in such a scenario.

Kindly please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order.
If you do not wish to exchange the product, you can request for a Store Credit of the same amount which will be valid for 3 months from the issued date. (Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.)
If your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send us proper photographs for proof of delivery condition or damages and request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item to support@masala-chai.com.
We do not accept exchange for any cross-border orders unless the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.
Mistakes do happen! If you find out you have done some order by mistake or if you realise you didn't like what you ordered, you can WhatsApp or email us on support@masala-chai.com soon after placing the order. Please note that once the order is shipped we won't able to cancel it.

We accept payments via 3rd Party Payment Gateway (PG) known as "PhonePay" as well as "RazorPay". Payments can be made through PhonePay/RazorPay Checkout via Indian Credit as well as Debit cards, Visa, Master Cards, American Express, Paypal, UPI & Bank Deposits as per "PhonePay" Terms & Conditions. All our products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind and imperfections makes every piece unique and more valuable. Since the products here are crafted meticulously with hand, slight difference/irregularities might be there. However, there wouldn’t be a significant difference from the reference image on the website.
At Masala Chai, we believe in the philosophy of 'One sizes fits all' and celebrate silhouettes that makes you feel the most comfortable in our skin and for that reason you would find a lot of 'Free-size' styles and/or find extra margins inside so that you cherish your purchase for a long long time. We have still made sure to provide accurate measurements for each garment under the product details.
